Our Supply Chain Innovation team are now looking for a Supply Chain Project Coordinator to support the delivery of projects across our end-to-end Supply Chain. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, providing hands-on experience in Project Management while helping to shape the future of Harrods’ supply chain.

About the Role

In this role, you will support our Project Managers in delivering projects and change initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will help coordinate every stage of the project lifecycle, from concept and initiation through to go-live and beyond. This is a varied role where you will gain exposure to governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement, as well as the opportunity to take ownership of small projects and enhancements.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Project Managers by scheduling meetings, capturing minutes, and ensuring actions are tracked and closed out.
  • Preparing project documentation such as initiation documents, requirements packs, and stakeholder updates.
  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of project plans, communication plans, and RAID logs.
  • Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time.
  • Producing status reports and presentations for leadership and steering committees.
  • Maintaining project documentation in line with governance standards.
  • Delivering smaller-scale projects and enhancements with oversight from the Project Managers.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely communication between internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.

Harrods offers a range of company-wide benefits including subsidised medical and dental cover, discounted gym membership, a generous employee discount, and more.

About You

You will be highly organised, proactive, and eager to learn, with the confidence to engage stakeholders and the attention to detail to keep projects on track. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a Project Manager role, so attitude and motivation are just as important as direct experience.

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Bring strong organisational and administrative skills, ideally with experience in a professional or corporate environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and build relationships across teams.
  • Be structured and methodical, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to follow governance processes.
  • Demonstrate confidence in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Have some exposure to project coordination, administration, or assisting senior stakeholders.
  • Show a keen interest in Project Management and the drive to develop your skills and career in this field.

You will thrive if you are adaptable, curious, and excited by the opportunity to make an impact. In return, we’ll provide support, development, and the chance to build a rewarding career in one of the world’s most iconic luxury retailers.
