Our Beauty Consultants are at the heart of what we do and, as the face of our iconic brand, you will be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for each and every customer. Our Beauty Consultants take time to understand and learn about our customers, combining the “Beauty of Selling” with their comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits.

You’ll be responsible for providing a first-class, personal customer service, through building excellent rapports with your clients and nailing their styling requests with ease. It is essential within this role to care and cater to the needs of your clients, through adapting new skills and techniques to complete your work in a magical yet timely fashion. You will need to demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and strive to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and H beauty brand.

As an exceptional leader, you will be responsible for building an exceptional team. You will work to achieve and deliver our Business vision of the “Art of the Possible” in the beauty world. You’ll inspire your team to take pride in operational processes including visual standard and back of house. In this role you will be a team player and natural collaborator with a “relationship first” focus. You will know that it’s by building authentic and genuine relationships with your people that you’ll get the best out of them.
