Join our Beauty division as a Partnerships and Marketing Executive and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering standout campaigns in-store, online, and beyond.
About the Role
This exciting opportunity sits at the heart of our unified Partnerships and Marketing team, where commercial strategy meets creative execution. As a key player within the Beauty division, you’ll work closely with a wide array of brands to understand their annual objectives and build tailored media plans that maximise their visibility and impact across our retail platforms. From dynamic in-store activations to compelling digital campaigns, you'll be the linchpin between brand vision and customer engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
• Collaborating with beauty brand partners to develop annual marketing calendars and align investments across retail media spaces
• Driving media income through strategic planning and selling of campaigns across KB stores, online platforms, CRM, paid social, pop-ups, and more
• Acting as the main point of contact for brand partners, managing ongoing communication, meetings, and post-campaign reporting
• Coordinating with internal creative, publishing, CRM, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns to the highest standard
• Managing contracts, media bookings, and ensuring timely delivery of campaign assets and brand artwork
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
This role works 3 days onsite in our Hammersmith Office, with 2 days from home.

About You
You are a confident and commercially minded marketer with a strong understanding of campaign strategy and media sales. Your ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent relationships with brand partners makes you stand out. You are organised, articulate, and bring a proactive mindset to every project you take on. A natural collaborator, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a genuine passion for the luxury beauty industry—especially within skincare and haircare—which informs your insight and enthusiasm when working with top-tier brands.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
• A strategic, agile mindset and the ability to filter and prioritise high volumes of information
• A clear interest or background in luxury beauty, particularly skincare and haircare
