Resourcing Partner
We’re currently looking for a Styling Manager to join our Creative Studio and play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our brand across various business channels. Primarily responsible for Harrods’ e-commerce workflows, this role oversees a team who style and support across a wide range of deliverables (including social and editorial content).
About the Role
Responsible for the strategic styling vision for e-commerce, managing a high-volume workflow and a large team, the Styling Manager will ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to support the evolving creative needs of the business while driving continuous improvement across all styling and content production processes.
As part of the Harrods Creative Studio management team, the Styling Manager will also identify opportunities for operational improvement and collaborative working, define and implement strategies to enhance ways of working across both e-commerce and creative content production, all while maintaining high productivity and quality standards across our creative channels.
About You
You’ll have extensive management experience within a Studio styling environment, comfortable providing direction, training, and feedback to maintain high levels of performance and creativity across all projects. You’ll be an experienced people manager, comfortable and with a proven track record of managing managers. You’ll also be comfortable developing the Styling team, building future leaders, and implementing initiatives for long-term team success to create a high-performance working environment.
You will also have:
- Excellent collaboration, communication and relationship building skills, with a true hive-minded mentality.
- Strong self-drive and motivation for both personal and team development.
- Commercial awareness and aptitude, with the ability to react positively to rapidly evolving business requirements.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, strong timekeeping and the ability to meet deadlines.
- The ability to adapt your approach depending on level of stakeholder interaction.
- Proactivity – able to show initiative and ideas as well as problem solve.
