As a Sales Associate within our established and reputable Cookshop department within Harrods Home, you’ll enjoy a package that includes a salary of £26,520 + commission, as well as access to our renowned Harrods benefits, including generous discounts across our store and restaurants.

About the Role

Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do and, as the face of our iconic brand, you will be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for each and every customer. Our Sales Associates take time to understand and learn about our customers, combining the “Art of Selling” with their comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits. 

Being a part of the cookshop team, you will be in a world of all things cookware. The role involves working with clients to help them find appliances and products for their kitchen that align with their requirements. This role involves delivering a tailored service that meets the clients expectation and delivering high standards of performance.

You can expect each day to bring a new challenge and experience, our teams are trusted to work with autonomy whilst ensuring; high visual merchandising standards, adequate stock levels and replenishment, championing our Harrods Rewards scheme and our customer feedback surveys.
 

About You

You will be an exceptional professional with a strong foundation in retail or hospitality, and have best in class experience in providing a memorable service to our clients. You will be dedicated and disciplined in your work, and be a leading example of excellence in your team. You will be ambitious and excited by your sales targets, striving to achieve our group mission whilst continually learning and developing to achieve more. Your high standards will set you apart, taking pride in your appearance, punctuality and adherence to Harrods policies.
