As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be at the helm of a vibrant and consistently busy outlet that blends timeless glamour with modern British cuisine. This is an opportunity to lead a top-performing restaurant in one of London’s most iconic and luxurious settings, delivering exceptional experiences to a discerning global clientele every day.
About the Role
Reporting into the Operations Manager, the Restaurant Manager will have a 360 degree scope of all commercials for the restaurant operation and is responsible for managing the restaurant areas that sit within The Grill.
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be leading the operational excellence of the business and the team in a manner that will ensure that all parties’ expected standards are maintained at all times delivering a world class restaurant experience. You’ll also be responsible for the consistent delivery of the restaurants sales, while ensuring that profit targets are achieved and maximised.

About You
You will have strong and demonstrable experience of leading world class and/or exceptional restaurant environments, managing the entire lifecycle including sales and profits, service and standards, the marketing and profile of the restaurant and leadership of the teams that sit under you. Having great experience working within a high volume, high-end restaurant environment would be advantageous.
You will also:
- Have passion, enthusiasm, and knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Be an excellent communicator; with customers, operational teams, management and all other stakeholders, gaining trust and confidence
- Have a proven track record of leading and coaching your teams to deliver
- Have experience of owning and delivering on long-term strategic vision and capability of a restaurant, in line with growth and change (implementing appropriate frameworks where needed)
