We are looking for a Reporting and Data Analyst to support the Supply Chain Systems Manager in the general day to day running of the departmental activities. This will include providing help and guidance to the Operational Teams by prioritising and responding appropriately to support requests.

This is a fixed term contract which is due to start asap until January 2026.

About the role

As a Reporting and Data Analyst, will be responsible for analysing and interpreting data to enhance supply chain operations, increase efficiency, and facilitate informed decision-making. This role requires leveraging data modelling, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools to uncover trends, streamline processes, and boost overall supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, expertise in supply chain systems, and the ability to communicate actionable insights effectively to stakeholders.

About You

While our business and supply chain systems ensure and deliver a seamless experience for our customers, it has been propelling your future for years. You will have demonstrable experience developing and delivering system solutions tailor-made for complex process maps, working to identify problems before they happen and implementing solutions to deadline. You will be responsive, detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Able to accurately prioritize and make sound judgments whilst keeping all parties updated accordingly. Experience with SAP, or equivalent ERP systems or supply chain systems would be desirable. This job requires you to hit the ground running, immersing yourself in the business needs and working across disparate tasks to support operations and this will define your success.

About Us

Our Supply Chain Systems team are responsible for the functional flow, support and configuration of our supply chain systems. No day is the same, from the systems management, performance and integrity within Distribution, including automated warehouse monitoring and housekeeping, our subject matter experts uncover every step of this chain to provide improvements that are right for our business. The Supply Chain Systems Analyst will lead continuous improvement projects including process reviews, system enhancements and optimisation as well as act as a Supply Chain Ambassador promoting Harrods values.
