We are looking for a Project Manager - Construction to join our Store Services Department here at Harrods. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of project briefs as well as liaising with the best
designers, architectural experts and concession partners

This role is 4 days at Knightsbridge and 1 day working from

About the Role

As the Project Manager you  will  manage  programme  &  commercial  delivery  of  projects. You will manage  resource  needs  to  maximize  potential  for  successful  execution  of  projects as well as defining  project  objectives  and  scope,  identifying  involvement  of  internal  and  external stakeholders.

You will also;

  • Provide  summarised  project  plan  documentation  to  departmental  managers,
    clients, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Conduct risk analysis to reduce unforeseen obstacles and costs
  • Measure project performance and progress throughout project execution
  • Lead conflict management and conflict resolution with stakeholders

About You

The ideal candidate will strong H&S/CDM knowledge as well as good  knowledge  of  statutory  protocols  and  procedures- things like planning applications, listed building consents,  HSC Procedures, Building reqs. It is important that you are also qualified with the qualification of either RICS, RIBA, MAPM  or equivalent.   

You will also have the following;

  • Previous experience within retail, restaurants, luxury hotels, commercial environments
  • Practical experience on site with the ability to guide and drive teams of technical experts
  • Clear communication both written and verbal
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Working knowledge of standard building contracts
