We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Loyalty Assistant to join our Digital Team at Harrods. In this role, you will assist in executing and managing end-to-end MyBeauty loyalty promotions and campaigns, tailored for both Harrods and H beauty customers.

About the Role

As a Loyalty Assistant, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer loyalty campaigns while supporting the broader MyBeauty loyalty programme strategy and the future of loyalty at Harrods. The role requires collaboration with various teams, including beauty marketing, creative and content, as well as customer-facing retail teams on the shop floor.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the creation and delivery of marketing assets for the MyBeauty programme and promotional campaigns, ensuring they are up-to-date and printed as needed.

  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives and training materials.

  • Helping with beauty events and in-store activations, such as the H beauty Carnival.

  • Assisting the Loyalty Marketing Executive in defining and planning customer promotional strategies.

About You

We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box. You should be highly organised and passionate about fostering long-term customer relationships. Strong attention to detail is essential, especially when setting up promotions, following processes, and maintaining documentation.

Additionally, you will have:

  • Experience in a beauty-related loyalty, CRM, or marketing role (preferred).

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).

  • Previous retail experience, with exposure to a loyalty programme, is a plus.

  • The ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with diverse teams while confidently advocating for the central Loyalty strategy.

  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport with multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong time-management skills and a willingness to multitask efficiently.
