We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to join our passionate, supportive, and award-winning Restaurants and Kitchen directorate.
About the Role
As General Manager, you will lead a team of Operations Managers to uphold world-class standards across our international F&B outlets, aligning with our restaurant strategy and vision. Your focus will be on operational excellence, driving high standards, and identifying commercial opportunities to propel our business forward across both own bought and franchised models. You will closely manage budgets, forecasts, and business cases, working alongside the Director of Restaurants and Kitchens to optimize commercial deals, introduce new brands, and ensure compliance with all operational regulations.
You will also be responsible for refining our organizational structure to enhance efficiency, continuously improving processes such as menu changes, inductions, and training, and fostering a culture of customer excellence in restaurant and kitchen operations. Additionally, you will collaborate with key support functions, including International Business Development, to plan strategically and ensure seamless operations throughout peak and low trading periods.

You are a dynamic leader with proven experience in world-class restaurant environments, managing all aspects from sales and profitability to service standards, marketing, and team leadership. Passionate about hospitality, you bring enthusiasm, industry knowledge, and a strategic mindset to drive success. As a skilled communicator, you build trust with customers and stakeholders while coaching and developing high-performing teams. With a strong track record in shaping long-term strategic visions, you excel in adapting to growth and change by staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging insights to enhance customer experiences and restaurant performance.
