We are looking for a versatile Copywriter to join our award-winning Content team to create and craft copy across a range of channels including but not limited to: site copy for harrods.com, email copy, brand mailers, social copy, internal communications and ad hoc print projects.
This is a truly exciting and varied role where you will have the opportunity to inspire, engage and delight with your creative ideas and ability to produce pithy copy that grabs customer attention across Luxury Fashion, Beauty, Accessories, Home, Food and more.
About the Role
As a copywriter, you will produce copy for various asset types across the business, including but not limited to: site copy for harrods.com, email copy, social copy, internal communications and ad hoc print projects
In this role you will be responsible for…
- Creating compelling headlines, straplines, body copy, CTAs (Call to Actions), and body copy for .com, social, email, app.
- Crafting the tone for our luxury Brand Partnership content across Fashion, Beauty, Home, Food, Accessories and more.
- Proofing of copy by other writers.
- Calendar management of multiple projects.
- Supporting our Creative Teams with ad-hoc copy needs.
About You
You will have a creative mind with second-to-none attention to detail, and be able to adapt your copy style and tone of voice across a variety of platforms and audiences, bringing the Harrods magic to everything you write.
You will have…
- Expert copywriting skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience writing copy across a variety of channels for different audiences.
- Marketing nous.
- Ability to subedit your own work and the work of others.
- Good working knowledge of SEO.
- Ability to work on several projects at once, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of luxury brands including fashion, beauty and lifestyle.
