Associate Talent Acquisition Partner
Join the Harrods Own Label & Brand team as a Co-Brand Marketing Executive and help shape premium marketing campaigns that elevate our in-house product lines and customer experience.
About the Role
As Co-Brand Marketing Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the marketing strategy across Harrods’ Own Label and Brand categories — spanning Fashion, Food & Beverage, Homewares, and Accessories. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will be hands-on in coordinating campaigns, crafting compelling submissions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and commercial impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the planning, briefing, and delivery of marketing campaigns, working closely with buyers, editors, and the campaign team.
- Support the Group Marketing Manager in aligning marketing initiatives with annual commercial goals.
- Ensure product launches are accurately submitted and aligned to channel plans (.com, CRM, social), maintaining regular communication with buyers.
- Partner with teams across Retail, PR, CRM, Insights, and Events to ensure seamless, integrated activations.
- Deliver detailed post-campaign reports, incorporating insights from across the business to measure performance against KPIs.
Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.
This role works 3 days onsite in our Hammersmith Office, with 2 days from home.

About You
You are a proactive and passionate marketing professional with a strong understanding of how to bring products and stories to life through integrated campaigns. You enjoy working at pace, building trusted relationships, and are always one step ahead in ensuring every detail is managed with excellence. You thrive in collaborative environments, balancing strategic insight with hands-on delivery, and are driven by delivering results that move the needle.
You will:
- Have experience in a marketing or brand executive role, ideally within retail or a fast-paced agency.
- Be highly organised, adept at managing multiple projects, and confident handling tight deadlines.
- Be a strong communicator and collaborator, with the initiative to chase, follow up, and drive tasks through to completion.
- Be proficient in Powerpoint and possess strong reporting/analytical skills
