You will have a good level Workday knowledge, with the passion to develop into a Workday subject matter expert. You will have knowledge of Workday HCM, alongside experience of at  least one other module, including Recruitment, Performance, Learning, and Help.

It is important that you will have experience  in both Workday reporting and in  Workday  projects,  including  the  ability to perform  UAT and contribute in project workshops and discussions using Workday knowledge. Further to this, you will have strong excel and analytical skills, with the ability to process large quantities of information and data.

Finally, you will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to deal with stakeholders throughout the business and present information in a clear way to different audiences.
