Beauty Concierge - Makeup

We are currently looking for a Beauty Concierge specialising in makeup to join our Beauty Halls in Harrods Knightsbridge.

The Beauty Concierge is driven by a passion for delivering world-class service, expert knowledge and educating clients to help them discover personalised beauty products and services. You will guide clients effortlessly through the Beauty Halls, introducing them to the latest makeup innovations tailored perfectly to their individual needs.

In this role, you will not only provide exceptional service within your own area but also foster strong relationships across a wide network of stakeholders. This ensures a seamless, consistent and elevated Beauty Concierge experience in collaboration with both brands and Harrods’ own bought teams.

About The Role

The Beauty Halls at Harrods are world-class, immersive environments showcasing prestigious brands and cult-favourite products — many exclusive to Harrods. As a Beauty Concierge, you will be the trusted guardian of knowledge for this dynamic space, expertly informed on everything from exclusive events and services to the extensive range of brands and must-have products.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement the Beauty Concierge team’s customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Become a subject matter expert in makeup, drawing on your experience and ongoing brand training.
• Share your insights with the wider Harrods Beauty Halls team, maximising sales through well-informed and personalised beauty recommendations.
• Plan your own diary and appointments to support customer orders and brand specific enquiries.
• Leverage social media to showcase our spectacular Beauty Department.
• Create moments of magic by going above and beyond the customer’s expectations.
